Job Opening: Material Handler

This Material Handler role supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, scanning, picking, packing, and maintaining 7S standards in an ITAR-regulated environment. Candidates must be able to work both the training shift and the permanent shift.

Schedule & Pay

• Training Period: Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

• Permanent Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00pm–12:30am

• Pay Rate: $18.25/hr with shift premium

• Steel-toe footwear required

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling — Load and unload materials within a warehouse or storage facility

• Order Processing — Picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products

• 7S Compliance — Maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Scanner Operation — Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems

• Safety Practices — Work safely to protect yourself and your team

Minimum Requirements

• Experience operating material-handling equipment

• Ability to:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Stand, sit, or walk for long periods

  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull

  • Handle tools/equipment with hands and fingers

  • Work in hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexible availability with potential overtime

• 1 year of warehouse experience

• Handheld scanner experience

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
