We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to achieve daily operational goals.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and employee concerns.
• Track productivity and performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Warehouse Associate / Furniture Handler – Manassas, VA

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
