Job Description:  

This Quality Assurance position supports administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Have strong knowledge of office support, strong communication skills, problem solving, and time management skills. Proficient using various word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Responsibilities: 

• Supports and tracks Quality training.
• Assist with work instruction training
• Plan and completes work with giving attention to specific information, and individual details, necessary record keeping,
• Complete process adherence checks on processes-
• Complete sanitation walks and review any deficiencies Prepares complex reports/presentations.
• Works in a lead capacity, providing instruction and guidance to employees
• Provides administrative support
• Performs advanced, diversified confidential administrative duties
• Work in both ambient and cooler environment

Pay rate: $17.25 – $19.25 per hour ($1.50 raise after 420 hours) and .25 EVERY 6 months!

Day Shift (1st shift) 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri $17.25

Evening shift (2nd shift) 3pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri $19.25

Night Shift (3rd shift) 10:00pm-6:30am Sun-Thur $18.75

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment assigned to you to move or pick product/transport product across warehouse floor.
• Use RF scanner to effectively pick and fulfill orders.
• Lift up to 25 pounds while operating equipment.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned including picking, packing, pick pack, inventory counting, boxing, labeling, operating an RF scanner, and other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports of issues.
• Receiving inventory from drivers and ensuring accuracy while following SOP process.
• May need to do general labor as needed and flexibility between departments required

Must be able to speak, read and understand English for training and safety purposes. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 months forklift experience required. 
• No high school diploma required. 
• Operate at heights up to 20 feet in the air
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Attention to details.
