Summary:

This is an entry-level position created to support clinical trial projects through the packaging of clinical trial supplies. • Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and leadership
• Verify shipment and receiving information and assist with inventory transactions
• Perform data entry, reporting, filing, and other administrative duties
• Help resolve shipment documentation and transportation-related issues

Qualifications:

• Previous logistics, warehouse, transportation, dispatch, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong data entry and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• WMS/TMS experience is a plus
