What You’ll Do

  • Deposit concrete into molds for production according to job specifications.
  • Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment.
  • Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels.
  • Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms.
  • Assist with general production tasks and housekeeping to maintain safe and efficient operations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Signal and direct crane operators during panel lifting and placement activities
  • Use rigging devices and equipment for the transportation, storage, and shipment of precast panels
  • Safely hook and unhook lifting cables, ring clutches, spreader bars, and other rigging components
  • Maintain constant communication with crane operators using two-way radios, especially when maneuvering around blind spots
  • Guide loads safely throughout the yard and work areas
  • Place and position dunnage used to store panels in racks and trailers for shipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ensure all nails are removed from mold materials
  • Smooth concrete edges using a hand stone prior to panel stripping
  • Inspect all rigging equipment before use
  • Remove concrete panels safely and efficiently
  • Clean debris from panels following the stripping process
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area
  • Help prepare panels for final finishing in the yard
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with safety standards

  • Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety requirements.
  • Perform work indoors and outdoors as necessary.

Overview:

   The Pre-Production Coordinator serves as a liaison between Project Management and Packaging Operations. Responsible for assisting in the coordination of activities related to creating packaging batch records and other GMP documents & materials that comply with the clients’ scope. Ensures that the work that is carried out by Packaging Operations is in compliance with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

   The primary responsibilities of this position include creating batch records based on source documentation while identifying customer needs and the ability to prepare batch records following GMP standards. This position will coordinate receiving materials associated with PO generation and zero-dollar Purchase Orders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Production, Quality Assurance, Label Control, and Package Engineering personnel to communicate project requirements and gather appropriate paperwork for batch records.
  • Create batch records based on project source documentation from Project Management including primary, secondary labeling, kitting and assembly.
  • Item Master identification and creator of request forms, JD Edwards Router, BOM, Purchase Order, and Work Order creation, GSA set up.
  • Create Change Orders and drive resolution to changes required during production.
  • Support project timelines as directed by Management, ensuring that key project milestones are met and projects progress in a satisfactory and timely manner.
  • Deliver the packaging documentation within agreed upon timelines, ensuring Right First Time
  • Work with Label Designers to obtain item numbers for labels and randomization copies for batch records.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

 

Education or Experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred

 

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

  • GMP experience is preferred
  • At least one year experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred
  • Experience working in preparation of packaging batch records, packaging, labeling, assembly, and distribution of clinical trial materials is preferred
  • Must possess verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills appropriate for a business environment

  • Locating, preparing and affixing appropriate labels.
  • Packing, labeling, and scanning cartons, as required.
  • Sorting and routing cartons.
  • Entering appropriate information in inventory systems as required.
  • Loading, unloading, and picking, as required.
  • Checks, inspects, and logs data into the appropriate inventory systems to reflect the quantity and condition of merchandise received or distributed.
  • Takes necessary steps to prepare merchandise for inventory and distribution.

Daily Job Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through on boarding
• Make hiring recommendations and support hiring decisions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Manage employee relations and workforce behaviors
• Administer and document corrective action as needed
• Communicate regularly with customers and hiring managers regarding staffing needs
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics
• Utilize Microsoft CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruiting activity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices
