What You’ll Do

Workforce & Employee Support

  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve attendance, performance, payroll, and other workforce issues.

  • Conduct performance reviews and assist with assignment management.

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Deliver engaging, client-specific new hire orientations.
  • Collect and review all onboarding documentation to ensure compliance before employees begin work.
  • Create a positive onboarding experience that sets employees up for success from day one.

Operations & Client Partnership

  • Support the successful execution of staffing services by maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Participate in client meetings focused on operations, workforce planning, and safety initiatives.
  • Monitor service level agreements and help identify opportunities for process improvement.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, Power BI, and timekeeping platforms to monitor workforce performance.
  • Review reports and workforce metrics to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
  • Assist in investigating safety incidents and support workplace safety programs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Strong customer service and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting assemblers in gathering parts needed for projects. 
  • Disassembly of boxes, containers, wrappings and byproducts of the assembly process.
  • Operate a manual pallet jack to remove full gondolas (large trash bins) and replace them with empty gondolas throughout assigned areas.
  • Transport and dispose of corrugated materials into designated balers and compactors (training provided).
  • Keep areas surrounding all trash receptacles and gondolas clean and free of debris.
  • Dust, sweep, and mop around waste collection areas to maintain safe and clean traffic zones.
  • Ensure all “Green Mile” walking and traffic areas remain clear of debris at all times.
