Job Duties:

•Review and verify customer orders for accuracy, including product specifications and delivery details

•Enter order data into the company’s computer system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete for processing.

•Generate invoices and shipping documents, such as packing slips and labels, to prepare orders for dispatch.

•Handle customer inquiries related to their orders, providing updates on order status, shipping information, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.

•Perform end-of-day reconciliation tasks, including verifying that all orders have been correctly processed and addressing any discrepancies.

•Strive for efficiency in order processing, meeting established deadlines and turnaround times.

•Contribute ideas for process enhancements, aiming for continuous improvement in order processing workflows.

•Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in orders, ensuring timely resolution.

Needed Skills:

•Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order processing and minimize errors.

•Ability to read and match numbers and count

•Familiarity with order processing software, and proficiency in basic computer applications.

Job Duties:

• Processing pallets for weight, dimensions, and wrapping
• Staging of finalized pallets for loading.Loading pallet
• Helping with material handler tasks when not processing pallets
• Building pallets and verifying number of and if correct product on pallet

Requirements:

• Must be validated and proficient on SU lift through ProLogistix
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 70 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to use handheld RF scanner
• Ability to do simple math
• Willingness to cross-train
