• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials.
• Verify product specifications, measurements, and quality standards using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.
• Identify, document, and report defects, non-conforming materials, and quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support internal audits and customer audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
