ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the daily activities with associates & operations objectives, including labor scheduling, leading teams, and leading projects
Partnership support with other Department leaders to help alleviate any bottlenecks
Responsibilities include staffing, warehouse operations
Have a comprehensive knowledge of the operations and its key components to help processes daily goals
Technical knowledge of systems WMS, WCS, processes, and flow
Coordinate with other key members and provide support with staff
Responsible with maintaining the safety, security, and housekeeping programs on 1st shift
Supervise the daily operations to ensure that required tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
Interact with warehouse management and customer service to meet service standards and productivity standards Develop a 1st shift team to achieve the short and long-term goals of the company
Responsible for hiring, training, develop & supervise of warehouse staff
Responsible for generating reports on inventory and shipping status
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding 1st shift productivity
Responsible for monthly employee safety trainings as well as injury and Incident Reporting establish annual goals and objectives and position responsibilities for direct reports
Evaluate performance and direct improvement plans of direct reports
Ability to analyze warehouse processes and develop, recommend & implement improvements

Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment in a related industryHands on experience with strong supervisor and communications skillsMust be able to work well with management peer groupExperience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting prioritiesExpert level of skills with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
