3rd shift Working Team Lead

Sunday-Thursday w/ OT as needed.

• Provides feedback to employees on job expectations and conducts employee counseling.
• Perform duties as described under Shift Supervisor
• Train new associates
• Act as the liaison between the customer and ProLogistix.
• Supervise and assist with labeling and packing of materials or products.
• Ensure temporary employees are following Personnel Protective Equipment requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Has the ability to address safety incidents.
• Has the ability to do check ins.
• Communicates professionally and effectively.
• Dedicated and reliable.
• Steel toe boots will be required.
