In this role, you'll operate advanced production equipment, ensure product quality, and help keep our production lines running efficiently in a clean, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate automated production equipment, including Extreme Plate machines, safely and efficiently.
• Set up production runs by loading film, boxes, labels, and other required materials.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
• Use the Human Machine Interface (HMI) to load recipes and make approved machine adjustments.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
