Now Hiring 1st and 2nd shift Welders in Batavia Area

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm

2nd shift: 2pm-10pm 

Job Duties:

 Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of steel parts and assemblies according to specifications.

·      Execute layout welding without the use of templates, using blueprints, measuring tools, and layout marks to determine accurate fit-up.

·      Interpret and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to plan weld sequences and joint designs.

·      Set up, adjust, and maintain TIG welding equipment for optimal performance and quality.

·      Visually and dimensionally inspect welds for defects, ensuring adherence to internal quality standards and tolerances.

·      Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.
