Location: Winchester, VA

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Winchester, VA. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, prior customer service experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Enter and update information accurately in company systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed.
