Job Title: Co-Pack / Packing Associate

Location: Scranton, PA area

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description

We are hiring a Co-Pack / Packing Associate to join our team in the Scranton area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for packing, sorting, and preparing products for distribution in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work alongside a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and label products according to order specifications
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
• Steel-toe shoes required (must provide your own)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warehouse/production environment
• Previous packing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
