Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in person
• Process orders and provide order status updates
• Support customer inquiries and account management
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipments
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment as needed
• Perform occasional forklift operation
