Job Opening: Shipping – PM

Order Preparation — Pick, stage, and verify outbound orders according to daily shipping schedules and customer requirements.Loading & Unloading — Safely load pallets, totes, and packaged goods onto trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.Documentation & Accuracy — Complete bills of lading, shipping labels, and inventory forms; verify lot codes, quantities, and product condition before shipment.Quality & Food Safety Compliance — Follow all HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards; report any damaged, expired, or compromised product.Inventory Coordination — Work with warehouse and production teams to maintain accurate stock levels and rotate inventory using FIFO.Equipment Operation — Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely; perform basic equipment checks.Communication — Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, production, and warehouse supervisors to ensure timely and accurate shipments.Safety — Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including PPE use, safe lifting, and equipment operation guidelines
