About the Role
We are seeking a 3rd Shift Stripping Laborer to join our production team. In this role, you will clean and prepare stripping hardware to ensure safe and efficient panel removal. You will assist with removing concrete panels from the production area using the safest and most efficient methods available while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality, safety, and productivity throughout the precast concrete manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do
- Verify rails, bullheads, and kickers are removed before stripping panels
- Ensure all nails are removed from mold materials
- Smooth concrete edges using a hand stone prior to panel stripping
- Inspect all rigging equipment before use
- Remove concrete panels safely and efficiently
- Clean debris from panels following the stripping process
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area
- Help prepare panels for final finishing in the yard
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with safety standards

About the Role
The Wood Shop Carpenter Laborer is responsible for cutting and shaping materials to achieve the desired appearance for each panel and fabricating the blank-out materials used within precast concrete panels. Key Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend pour sheets.
- Cut insulation, blank-out materials, and nailers for panel production.
- Safely operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, pneumatic nail guns, and other carpentry tools.
- Cut and assemble wood components to build forms and bulkheads for structural and architectural projects.
- Seal wood forms and create special blanks or notches as required.
- Prepare materials and beds, including drilling holes in wood forms.
- Assist with or lead special form build-ups when needed.
- Transport wood forms to production for painting or varnishing.
- Operate forklifts to move materials between storage and fabrication areas.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety requirements.
- Perform work indoors and outdoors as necessary.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs. Sun 5:30pm-UNTIL, Mon-Thu 7:30pm-UNTIL (Typically 9-10 hours shifts)
Pay Rate:$18.00
Summary
The job title is Warehouse Associate but essentially these are Picker positions. Using an RF reader, picking the pill bottles and placing them in totes based on where it is being shipped out to. Using an RF reader that tells you what to pick, how much to pick and from where. Also flexible to move totes and rearrange pallets.
