Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Raymond Reach Truck to move, stage, stock, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and transport inventory while maintaining product integrity.
• Accurately place products in designated storage locations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies when operating material handling equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper product handling and storage practices.
• Adhere to all food safety, quality, and warehouse operational standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating heavy warehouse equipment—specifically Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers—to safely and efficiently move product from receiving docks to designated storage locations.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate Reach Trucks and Dock Stockers to perform putaway and replenishment tasks.
• Receiving & Putaway: Receive inbound shipments, verify product counts, and transport inventory to designated racking and warehouse locations.
• Dock Management: Support general dock operations, unloading trailers, and staging materials as needed.
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all inventory is placed in the correct storage locations and handled safely to prevent product damage.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all Distribution Center safety protocols.

Follow approved batch formulas, manufacturing instructions, and production procedures.

Accurately weigh and measure raw materials.

•

Load ingredients into mixing tanks in the correct sequence.

•

Operate mixers, tanks, pumps, and other manufacturing equipment.

•

Monitor mixing times, temperatures, speeds, and other batch requirements.

•

Record batch information accurately on manufacturing documents.

•

Assist with transferring finished bulk product into holding tanks or containers.

•

Clean and sanitize tanks, utensils, equipment, and production areas according to procedures.

•

Properly identify and handle raw materials and finished bulk products.

•

Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality requirements at all times.

•

Report any batch issues, equipment problems, or unusual observations to a supervisor.

Work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D when needed.

Assist with general production activities as required.
