We’re hiring reliable Box Clamp Operators to support a fast-paced distribution environment in Port Wentworth. Ideal candidates have strong clamp experience, excellent attendance, and the ability to work safely while meeting production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Operate box clamp forklift to move, load, and unload product
• Handle freight with accuracy and care to prevent damage
• Stage, scan, and track inventory as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
• Support team productivity and meet daily performance expectations

Requirements

• 6+ months recent box clamp experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Strong reliability, communication, and teamwork
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Training Requirement: Must be available to train on 1st Shift for two weeks, Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Must have experience operating a Raymond Reach Truck
• Must be able to complete training on 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) for two weeks
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Raymond Reach Truck to move, stage, stock, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and transport inventory while maintaining product integrity.
• Accurately place products in designated storage locations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies when operating material handling equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper product handling and storage practices.
• Adhere to all food safety, quality, and warehouse operational standards.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
