Logistics Company Seeking Warehouse Clerks

Schedules Available: 1st- 6am to 230pm or 2nd- 10am to 630pm

Pay Rate: $18 to $20 depending on experience

Available positions:

Receiving
Inspect incoming shipments for damages, verify the quantities/counts of products ordered, and document these into inventory using RF scanners or excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will be proficient using Excel, Word & Outlook, be able to work independently and achieve a high level of thoroughness and accuracy when completing tasks.

Inventory
Performs cycle counts of product and records/documents the counts on spreadsheets. The counts are later updated within the company’s tracking system and the product quantities are reconciled to reflect the physical counts. In addition, the Inventory clerk will investigate discrepancies, maintain databases, review computer generated reports and complete daily put backs. The ideal candidate will be proficient using Excel, Word & Outlook, be able to work independently and achieve a high level of thoroughness and accuracy when completing tasks.

Shipping
Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipment meets client requirements. Able to read and understand shipping documentation, use WMS system to record product movement and identify discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be proficient using Excel, Word & Outlook, be able to work independently and achieve a high level of thoroughness and accuracy when completing tasks.

Job Requirements:

1 year experience as a warehouse clerk

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 6am-4:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy

• Load and unload trailers as needed

• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times

• Display a commitment to process excellence

• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy

• Perform inbound receiving processes

What you need to succeed GXO: At a minimum, you'll need: • 1 year of warehouse experience • Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks • Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed This job requires the ability to: • Lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull • Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time • Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments It'd be great if you also have: • Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment • Ability to communicate well with leadership and peers • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

The Administrative Specialist performs support functions in multiple areas of the business. Completes, organizes, and coordinates data, information, and activities that ensure operational & financial compliance.

Duties

include Accounts Payable processes, issuing customer credit, key account reconciliation, compiling and managing information, filing, data entry, answering emails and phone calls.

Daily skills needed include:
