Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Pay: $24.00/hour

Shift: Morning Shift (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, knowledge of warehouse processes, experience with Magaya WMS, and the ability to operate a sit-down forklift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Utilize Magaya to process shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of sit-down forklifts.
• Train, coach, and schedule warehouse employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Morning Shift, Full-Time

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience using Magaya Warehouse Management System required.
