Job Opening: RJO – Production Assembler

We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Production Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Sparks Proper. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, hands-on work, and cross-training within multiple production areas.

• Location: Sparks Proper, NV
• Pay: $22/hr
• Schedule: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM (Full-Time)

About the Role

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling compressor units and related components using mechanical parts, fabricated materials, and standard assembly hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble compressors, generators, and subassemblies according to specifications, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Overhaul and repair used compressors or components as needed.
• Maintain proper use of tools, equipment, and supplies to support production efficiency.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and basic maintenance.
• Participate in cross-training within the Production Department.
• Set up and test-run completed machines, including noise and vibration testing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical school training or equivalent combination of education and mechanical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a mechanical assembler or mechanic.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Valid driver’s license.
