Food Production and Warehouse Associate

Seeking reliable, hardworking team members to join our food production and warehouse operations. This position supports multiple areas of the facility and team members may be assigned to a variety of production, warehouse, inventory, and material handling duties based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Employees may be responsible for any combination of the following duties:

• Support food production operations by preparing, sorting, washing, cutting, packaging, and labeling food products
• Move raw materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with ingredients and materials as needed
• Pick, scan, organize, and maintain inventory accurately
• Follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Pack products according to customer specifications and production requirements
• Identify and report quality, safety, or production concerns to supervisors
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when qualified
• Assist with inventory control and stock organization
• Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to meet daily goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or food processing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment approximately 36 degrees
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
• Ability to safely use required personal protective equipment
