We’re hiring Material Handlers for a busy retail distribution facility in Aurora, CO. This is a hands-on warehouse position for someone who can work efficiently, stay organized, and keep product moving.

Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Days Off: Monday & Tuesday

What You’ll Do:

• Unload boxes onto a conveyor line
• Sort boxes based on UPC codes
• Stack and palletize boxes accurately
• Use a manual pallet jack to move completed pallets
• Move finished pallets to the shrink-wrap area
• Help maintain a safe and organized work area

Title: Customer Service Associate

Shift: Weekend 1st Shift (Fri-Sun – 7am-7pm)

Pay: $22.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Answers inbound and places outbound calls with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
• Takes care of somewhat complex customer inquiries and problems and non-routine matters.
• Assists warehouse/forklift teams with coordinating and staging customer loads.
• Check in drivers (Inbound/Outbound Trucks).
• Process BOL.
• Schedules deliveries and pick up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clear up client issues over the phone and via email.
• Ability to troubleshoot order discrepancies, shipping delays, and inventory issues calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent time-management skills to handle high call volumes while accurately tracking paperwork.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking warehouse environment where priorities shift quickly.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with warehouse floor staff, shipping teams, and inventory managers.
