Forklift Operator (Reach Truck & Cherry Picker)
Location: 16910 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21742
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Available Shifts
A Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
B Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Sunday through Thursday

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Required experience operating Reach Truck and Cherry Picker equipment.
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks and work at elevated heights.
- Experience with order picking, replenishment, inventory movement, and product put-away.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
- Basic reading and math skills for product identification and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a forklift operating assessment and site-specific safety training.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
- Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
