Pay: $23.00 – $28.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary
As a Test Operator / Manufacturing Technician, you will perform testing, troubleshooting, and assembly support for advanced technology products. This is a hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems
- Set up and test more complex systems and equipment
- Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) and established procedures
- Interpret Statements of Work (SOW) to determine test specifications, methods, and procedures
- Perform rework on assemblies and systems as needed
- Prepare technical reports with findings and recommended solutions
- Assist with packaging, labeling, unpacking, and crating as required
- Support additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office applications (Word, Excel, databases)
- Familiarity with troubleshooting or handling computer components is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work on ladders or stools when needed
