?? Position Description
We are seeking dependable Shipping & Receiving Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will help prepare orders, load and unload products, and ensure shipments are accurate and ready for delivery. This is a physically active position that rewards reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. ?
?? Responsibilities
? Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
? Prepare, stage, and verify outgoing shipments
? Match products to shipping documents and customer orders
? Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
? Label, wrap, and secure pallets for transportation
? Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
? Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
?? Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associates to support warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll help prepare orders, load and unload trucks, and ensure shipments are accurate and ready for delivery. ?
?? What You’ll Be Doing
Picking Department ?? Work from pick tickets to locate products. ??? Pull and apply labels to cases before placing them on conveyors. ?? Help keep orders moving efficiently through the warehouse.
Receiving Department ?? Unload trucks with labels facing upward and place products onto conveyors. ?? Teams typically unload approximately 1,000 cases per truck with around five associates per team. ?? Regular lifting of up to 60 pounds may be required. ?? Productivity is measured by maintaining steady conveyor flow and preventing line backups.
Shipping Department ?? Hand-stack boxes onto trucks for shipment. ?? More physically demanding work with less conveyor involvement.
? Requirements
? Previous shipping, loading, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
? Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
? Comfortable standing, bending, and working throughout the shift
? Strong attention to detail and reliability
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Qualifications
? Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or loading experience preferred
? Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
